Learning to love without losing yourself.
Coaching for people who give and give until there's nothing left, so you can care for others without abandoning yourself.
No pressure and no commitment. Just a conversation about where you are.
Being caring, loyal, and dependable are beautiful qualities. But when they cost you your peace, your needs, and your sense of self, it's time for something to change.
Does any of this sound familiar?
- You feel responsible for other people's feelings, moods, and problems.
- Saying no makes you feel guilty, anxious, or afraid of being abandoned.
- You know what everyone else needs, but you're not sure what you want.
- You keep finding yourself in one-sided relationships where you do most of the giving.
- Your mood depends on how the people around you are doing.
- You stay in situations that hurt you because leaving feels worse than staying.
Codependency often starts as a way to stay safe, keep the peace, or feel loved. It made sense once. You can learn new ways of relating that leave room for you, too.
What healing can look like
Knowing what you need
Reconnect with your own feelings, preferences, and wants, and learn that they matter as much as anyone else's.
Boundaries without guilt
Practice saying no kindly and clearly, and handle the discomfort that comes when someone doesn't like it.
Relationships that go both ways
Recognize the difference between caring and caretaking, and build connections where support flows in both directions.
Worth that comes from within
Stop earning your place through over-giving, and start feeling worthy simply because you are.

Why I do this work
I know how exhausting it is to hold everyone else together while quietly falling apart. My work is about giving you a safe, judgment-free space to finally put yourself on the list, without losing the caring heart that makes you who you are.
You don't have to have it all figured out to start. You just have to be ready to take one small step toward yourself.
Not ready for coaching yet?
Start on your own with the R.E.C.L.A.I.M. workbook and companion journal, at your own pace, in your own space.
Common questions
Is coaching the same as therapy?
No. Coaching focuses on the present and future: understanding your patterns, building skills, and moving toward your goals. It isn't a substitute for therapy or mental health treatment, and many people find that coaching and therapy work well together.
I'm not sure I'm "codependent." Is this for me?
You don't need a label. If you often put others first at your own expense, struggle with boundaries, or feel lost without someone to take care of, you're welcome here.
Does codependency only happen in romantic relationships?
No. It can show up with partners, parents, children, friends, and even at work. We'll focus on the relationships that matter most to you.
Will I have to end my relationships?
Not at all. The goal is to help you relate in healthier ways. What you decide about any relationship is always your choice.
How do I pay?
Payment is made by Zelle. We'll go over the details during your free call, so there's nothing to pay upfront.
You're allowed to matter, too.
