Coaching for adults recovering from trauma, codependent patterns, and relationships with narcissistic abuse
One-to-one coaching for people untangling themselves from trauma responses, people-pleasing, and the aftermath of being loved conditionally. Grounded, practical, and paced to what your nervous system can actually hold.
Regulation isn't instant — it's a line that settles, one steadier pass at a time, the way a sun's reflection smooths out as the water calms.
Trauma, codependency, and narcissistic abuse recovery are usually spoken about separately. In practice, they tangle together — and untangling them takes a coach who can hold all three at once.
We work with your nervous system, not against it — building the capacity to feel safe in your body before asking anything else of you.
Learning where you end and someone else begins: boundaries, self-trust, and letting go of managing other people's feelings to feel safe.
Making sense of gaslighting, cognitive dissonance, and the confusion that lingers after leaving — and rebuilding a sense of self that isn't reactive to someone else.
I work with people who are done explaining their experience to those who won't believe it, and ready to actually do something about it. My own path through a codependent, emotionally abusive relationship is what led me here — but the coaching itself is built on trauma-informed frameworks, not just lived experience.
This is coaching, not therapy. I don't diagnose or treat mental illness. What I offer is structured, collaborative support for people who are stable enough to do forward-facing work and want a steady, informed partner in the room.
Start with the free consult, then move into whichever recovery program matches your pace.
Self-paced resources for between sessions, or for working through this entirely on your own. Pay by Zelle and your download link is emailed once payment is confirmed — usually within 24 hours.
A simple, predictable process — because predictability is part of what makes this feel safe.
30 minutes, no pressure. We talk about what's going on and whether coaching — and this coach — is the right fit.
Choose the free consult, the 12-week program, or the 24-week program based on what the consult surfaces. You can always change your mind later.
Free calls are scheduled instantly through Calendly. Paid programs and downloads are paid by Zelle — send payment, let us know, and you'll get a confirmation email once it's verified, usually within 24 hours.
We meet by video on a recurring rhythm, with a plan that adjusts as you get steadier — not a fixed script. Already enrolled? Schedule your next session.

"I finally had someone explain why I kept going back, without making me feel stupid for it."
"The pacing mattered. Nothing was rushed, and I never felt pushed past what I could handle that week."
"I came in for boundaries and left understanding my whole pattern with people. Worth every session."
No. Coaching is forward-facing, goal-oriented support — it doesn't diagnose or treat mental health conditions. If you're currently in crisis or need clinical treatment, a licensed therapist is the right next step, and I'm glad to help you find one.
The framework is trauma-informed throughout — we go at the pace your nervous system can handle, and the tools are specific to codependency and narcissistic abuse recovery rather than generic goal-setting.
Just email or use the link in your confirmation at least 24 hours ahead. Sessions cancelled with less notice are charged in full, since the time was held for you.
Yes — sessions are held over video, so location isn't a barrier. Just check that our session time works with your timezone when booking.
Paid programs and downloads are paid by Zelle, sent bank-to-bank through your own bank's app — we never see or store a card number. After sending payment, let us know through the form that pops up, and we'll confirm and follow up by email, usually within 24 hours. Zelle requires both sides to have a US bank account.
