You're not imagining it. And you're not alone.
Narcissistic abuse recovery coaching for people healing after an emotionally abusive relationship, so you can trust yourself again and build a life that feels like yours.
No pressure and no commitment. Just a conversation about where you are.
Leaving was hard. Healing can feel even harder, especially when the people around you don't understand what you went through. You deserve support from someone who does.
Does any of this sound familiar?
- You replay conversations in your head, still trying to figure out what really happened.
- You second-guess your own memory, feelings, and decisions, and wonder if you were being gaslighted.
- Your mind feels foggy. It's hard to focus, remember things, or make even small decisions.
- You feel anxious, on edge, or like you're always bracing for the next thing.
- You miss them, and you don't understand why, after everything.
- Saying no, or even having a need, feels selfish or unsafe.
- You don't quite recognize the person you've become, and you want yourself back.
These are common responses to a relationship built on control, confusion, and manipulation. They don't mean something is wrong with you. They mean you've been through something real.

Why I do this work
I know how isolating it can feel to recover from a relationship that others don't fully see or understand. My work is about giving you a safe, judgment-free space to make sense of what happened and rediscover who you are.
You don't have to have it all figured out to start. You just have to be ready to take one small step toward yourself.
Not ready for coaching yet?
Start on your own with the R.E.C.L.A.I.M. workbook and companion journal, at your own pace, in your own space.
Common questions
Why do I have brain fog after a narcissistic relationship?
Many people describe forgetfulness, trouble concentrating, and mental exhaustion after leaving. Living with constant confusion, criticism, and walking on eggshells takes a real toll. Coaching can help you rebuild clarity and routines, and if brain fog is affecting your daily life, it's also worth checking in with a doctor or therapist.
What is gaslighting?
Gaslighting is a form of manipulation where someone makes you doubt your own memory, perceptions, or sanity, for example by denying things they said or insisting you're "too sensitive." Over time it can leave you unsure of what's real. Recognizing it is often the first step toward trusting yourself again.
How do I recover from narcissistic abuse?
Recovery usually means understanding what happened, reconnecting with your own thoughts and feelings, setting boundaries, and rebuilding your life at your own pace. It isn't a straight line, and you don't have to do it alone. A free call is an easy first step to talk about what support might look like for you.
Is coaching the same as therapy?
No. Coaching focuses on the present and future: understanding your experience, building skills, and moving toward your goals. It isn't a substitute for therapy or mental health treatment, and many people find that coaching and therapy work well together.
I'm not sure it was "narcissistic abuse." Can I still reach out?
Yes. You don't need a label for what you experienced. If a relationship left you confused, drained, or doubting yourself, you're welcome here.
Do I have to be fully out of the relationship?
No. Some people come while they're still deciding, some just after leaving, and some years later. We'll start wherever you are. If you're currently in danger, please reach out to the resources listed below first.
Are sessions private?
Yes. Sessions are one-on-one and online, so you can join from wherever you feel most comfortable.
How do I pay?
Payment is made by Zelle. We'll go over the details during your free call, so there's nothing to pay upfront.
